Based on my experience…

1. Blue Screen Of Death
2. Slow Boot Up
3. Registry mess up
4. Uninstall the OS itself

😂

In my (humble) opinion:

- Windows is popular because “it was the first one” only for a matter of days, so people adopted it (Apple was “slower”, unfortunately)

- Windows 11 is not better than MacOS in any work-related aspect (because Apple just works and requires less maintenance or upgrades)

- But (and it's impossible to deny it) Windows won the gaming market over MacOS or Linux

What I have noticed over the last 15-20 years working as a SysAdmin, DevOps and Programmer (depending on the business needs) is that:

- Linux is good for servers
- MacOS is excellent for work
- Windows is suitable for entertainment

I don't have a problem with people preferring Windows, but there are no incentives at all for me (and for many others) to use Windows for anything but gaming.
